・Repairs are accepted at all of our stores nationwide, even if you did not purchase the item at that particular online shop or store.

・When requesting a repair, please bring the item, any damaged parts, and your proof of purchase.

・The feasibility, duration, and cost of repairs will vary depending on the item's condition. We will first examine the item and then provide you with an estimate.

・If a defect occurs during normal use in accordance with the handling instructions, and you present your proof of purchase, a free repair service is available for one year from the date of purchase.

※However, the following cases will incur a charge:

─If more than one year has passed since the date of purchase
─If you cannot present your proof of purchase
─Defects or damage due to negligence, loss of parts, etc.
─Minor scratches, discoloration of crystals or metal that occur during use

・When repairing, some substitute items or parts may be used.

※Please note that we may not be able to accept repairs or may need to keep your item for an extended period depending on the item's condition and the nature of the repair.
