[How to Order]
Orders are accepted via the order form. A confirmation email will be sent afterwards, so please check the products, prices, etc.

Shipping fee: 800 yen nationwide
●International Shipping
Shipping fee: 2,500 yen flat rate
*We do not ship to China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan.
*For deliveries outside Japan, products will be purchased at tax-excluded prices, but separate customs duties may be imposed at the discretion of local customs authorities. In such cases, customers will be responsible for paying the taxed amount. Please be aware of this in advance.

Ships within 1-4 business days of your order (excluding weekends and holidays)
Products will arrive the day after or two days after shipment.
However, delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and some other areas may take 3 days or more.
*For international deliveries, it is not possible to specify a delivery date.

[Regarding Delivery Notes/Receipts]
In the interest of environmental protection, we are making delivery notes and receipts paperless. After your order has shipped, you can download them from the link in the shipping confirmation email or from My Page.
*You can change the addressee, address, and conditions on your receipt from within the download page.
[Regarding Member Registration]
By registering as a member of our online shop, you can check your order history from My Page and issue receipts/delivery notes.
You can also register personal information such as your address, which will save you from having to enter it again in the future.
[Regarding Repairs]
・Repairs are accepted at our stores nationwide, even if you purchased the item from an online store or a different physical store.

・For repairs, please bring the item, any damaged parts, and your proof of purchase.
・The feasibility, duration, and cost of repairs vary depending on the condition of the item. We will provide an estimate after we receive and inspect the item.
・If a defect occurs within one year from the date of purchase under normal use according to the handling instructions and you present your proof of purchase, a free repair service is available.
*However, the following cases will incur a charge:
─If more than one year has passed since the purchase date
─If proof of purchase is not presented
─Defects or damage due to carelessness, loss of parts, etc.
─Minor scratches, discoloration of crystals or metal that occur during use
・In some cases, substitute parts or alternative components may be used for repairs.
*Please note that we may not be able to accept repairs or may need to hold the item for an extended period depending on its condition and the nature of the repair.
*If it is difficult for you to visit a store and you wish to request a repair via shipping, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Order Changes
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
・Items that have been used
・Items with missing, damaged, or soiled accessories (BOX, pouch, proof of purchase, etc.)
・Pre-order items
・Items for which more than 7 days have passed since delivery
・Items due to customer's personal reasons (e.g., difference in image, wrong order)
・Earrings (for hygienic and safety reasons)

Order cancellations are possible until shipping is completed. However, depending on when you contact us, cancellation may not be possible. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via the inquiry form. Please note that cancellations cannot be made after shipping is completed.
Changes to order details are possible until shipping is completed, but due to system limitations, changes may not be possible. In such cases, we may have to cancel the order once and ask you to reorder and make payment.
Also, depending on when you contact us, changes may not be possible. If you wish to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible via the inquiry form.
