All items in your order will be delivered with complimentary gift wrapping.

Our staff will carefully package each item in an original jewelry box, tied with a ribbon. Additionally, one complimentary shopping bag will be included per order.

Furthermore, in consideration of environmental protection, we have implemented paperless delivery notes. Your delivery note can be accessed via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or downloaded from your "My Page" account.

● If the purchaser's name and the recipient's name are the same

• We will include the same number of shopping bags as the number of items purchased.
• If you purchase multiple items, we will attach a sticky note with the product name to each box so that the contents are clear.

● If the purchaser's name and the recipient's name are different

• Regardless of the number of items purchased, one shopping bag will be included.
• Even if you purchase multiple items, we will not attach sticky notes with product names.
• The delivery slip remarks column will state "Gift from (Purchaser's name)" (for domestic delivery in Japan only).
